This past week, the Be in Balkan team held its first retreat event.

Colleagues from Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia – North Macedonia, and Turkey, gathered in Tirana, Albania – to discuss for the upcoming projects. The purpose of this first retreat event was for the partners to socialize and strengthen their interpersonal networking.

This retreat was highly productive for the entire group, as the CEO, Alban Rafuna, delegated the future responsibilities to the team, and altogether coordinated a myriad of upcoming projects.

Be in Balkan is working on the first web and mobile application of its kind, with the main purpose of promoting tourism-related services that this network offers.

Be in Balkan Network places emphasis on the beauties of the Balkan Peninsula, in a continuous attempt to promote this region due to its mesmerizing attractions.

This type of event will not be the only one, as the team plans to hold various other similar gatherings, all the while uplifting the amazing networking within the Balkan states.
